As an International Medical Graduate (IMG), my journey was a tale of resilience and reinvention. The relentless hours of study, demanding clinical rotations, and the path to medical licensure that was laden with challenges, all of which took their toll. Burnout knocked at my door, and it was a formidable adversary. and it was during these trials that the seeds of transformation were sown.

In the midst of navigating the intricate web of medical life, I founded the "Blue Waves Academy", an educational and advocacy program designed to empower Medical student onto their journey to the hospitals and for the public to raise awareness and advocate for a better healthy life through workshops, mentorship, and advocacy efforts.

But life had more unexpected twists in store. One sunny afternoon, my mother, sister, and I gathered around a kitchen table, armed with age-old family recipes and a passion for the craft. We embarked on a unique adventure, creating traditional homemade soap. This venture, which we affectionately called "La Lama Soap" not only reconnected me with our heritage that the craft that has been passed for hundreds of years but also became a therapeutic escape from the rigors of burnout.

Yet, the transformation didn't stop there. I also founded the "Blue Mind Initiative" It was born out of my desire to create a support system for healthcare professionals, a space where we could share our stories, celebrate our triumphs, and find solace in our shared struggles. Through this initiative, I discovered the immense power of collective wisdom and community.

My life had taken on a new dimension. The "Blue Mind Initiative," "La Lama Soap" and the "Blue Waves Academy" were not just projects; they were manifestations of resilience, creativity, and a deep commitment to positive change. This was the story of how I set out to craft a blue wave of transformation, one step at a time.
